No rules?
In my opinion, a constitution from the people from a wiki must be created by millions of users who make edits, not by some 10, if it should stand a small chance to be enforced by a referendum. So it is very unlucky if these some 10 people create rules for (hopefully) millions. The first 10 must focus on attracting the next 100 or 1000 people to cooperate first, not build up rules which are a hurdle for many. --Plinganser 13:26, 27 Jun 2005 (CEST)
