I have this entert to reflect an place for autors of the page and also admins to have an place to speak about the portal - not so the text in it.

FastDeletion

As for normal Users it is impossible to permanently delete articles I start with creation of an category page - Category:FastDeletion for articles that may be delete. Admins must view the list - and if it is ok to delete them they shall be do! - Wikipedia us some different ways for that - but for the beginnen of the page i think one is enought! Users that want an "FastDeletion" may a only an [[Category:FastDeletion]] to her article and an short deskription why! Silverhair 21:43, 18 Jun 2005 (CEST)

I think the best way is to geht the Original EU-Definition an implement an page that looks like

after implementation wie add it to an [[:Category: ReadOnly_Need]] and the admins set the pages itself to Readonly.

But about the [[ artikel ... ]] every user can easy add new textes - or his comments to every paragraph .. in this way we have the problem that users change the original - or we must controll the change of the original. The only problem that I see is - is the text licencefree?

Implementing an Switching Template

Use - if we have diffent Pages with same content in different Languages . Implementing this Template will generate an HeaderLine in the different versions as EN DE FR NL.

Implementing the Box Basic Infos

I Implement some Templates for First steps, Tutorials, Rules (rest will follow. Template:First Steps Template:Tutorial Template:Rules

In this Templates are {{XLanguage|en ... }} sentence to switch to the different languages ... the entry's in the List on the portalpage must be the same on as in the Xlanguages definitions. so
eng. Portal --> Rules
Y
nl Portal --> Regels
Template XLanguages ..... en=Rules ... nl=Regels

In the absent of an translation - i have wrote the following templates

{{HelpNeed (XX)}} </nowik> for the Help query <br /> and </br> {{:Rules}} to call the Template in the anothereuropa Namespace (we can use every artikel as template in the Form of <nowiki>{{Namespace:Artikel}} so is {{Template:XLanguage}} the long form of {{XLanguage}} - but the shortform is only defined for the Namespace Template ...
