Problems in "Diskussions
under "Disscussions" i think there is an problem .. the Point
[[what is the relationship between the European level of governance and the national level (and the regional/communal level)?]]will in this form to a long - english page ? I think it is better for discussions to write here an "international Discussionside (english)" and an "localized side (german) (french) etc.". I think in the form
[[EG_RelationShip | what ist ...]] and [[DE_RelationShip | Was ist ]](for German)

Problems in Help Get Started
There are also Problems with "Help Get Started" .. it is not clear where the Links go to as this wiki is Multilingual, shall there be 1. Sandbox for all - or for every language a another. An Willkommen Side

Changed Portal Entrance
I changed the layout of the portal entrance. I find it quite distracting to be welcomed by something like "this web site is under construction: please help us", so I moved this part to the bottom. This will focus on the core of this site: the discussions about another Europe, and not the discussions about this site. If this is accepted generally we should also change this on the other portal entrances. Gerold
